Matchmaking Heat Pumps and Stakeholders no. 2: Research, Innovation and Projects
On the road of becoming the world’s first climate-neutral continent by 2050, heat-pump technologies are the number one heating and cooling solution, being a core enabler for a renewable, sustainable and smart energy system.
The online workshop has two purposes, that are reflected in its structure. The first, is to walk the audience through the diverse funding opportunities that exist for the Renewable Heating and Cooling sector (e.g. Horizon Europe, LIFE, Horizon Europe Missions, Tenders, other) and to explore the way the RD&I priorities are set, transform into project calls and are funded.
The second purpose, is to matchmake research, innovation and relevant stakeholders with the speakers and each other, using a be-spoke matchmaking tool called REMO. This tool, will allow a realistic networking experience and assist in establishing new consortiums and collaborations between companies, services, research and product design/testing.
This is the 2nd EHPA event of this type, organised under the umbrella of the European Technology and Innovation Platform on Renewable Heating and Cooling (ETIP RHC). The recording of the first event, that took place earlier this year, can be found HERE.
