DUT PED Conference

01 October 2025 - 03 October 2025 Milano

The DUT PED Conference will take place from 1-3 October in Milan with the theme of: Positive Energy Futures: From Local PED Pilots to European Practice.

The conference is open to PED experts such as researchers and practitioners, people involved in R&I projects and EU city representatives. It will connect Positive Energy District practitioners with Europe’s experts on energy, housing, and urban planning. It will explore how PED projects contribute to real-world results towards a decarbonised and inclusive European society.

The PED Conference will be organised back-to-back the DUT projects meeting – more information will be available soon!

The draft programme is:

1st of October: Conference opening including site visit and networking (starting from approx. 16:00 – time TBC)
2nd of October: PED Conference
3rd of October: Study trip free of cost to a PED site in Parma (to be confirmed depending on interest more information will follow end of May)
