Final CollHeating/BioVill conference

  • Are you interested in renewable energy sources and energy efficiency?
  • Have you already been in touch with modern heating and cooling solutions?
  • Do you want to contribute in reshaping the energy and climate sector?

Then, the two projects BioVill and CoolHeating warmly invite you to their joint Final International Conference in Brussels on 28th November 2018.

BioVill and CoolHeating are two projects funded by the EU’s Horizon2020 Research and Innovation Programme to support the establishment of bioenergy villages as well as small modular renewable   heating and cooling grids and thus fostering the market uptake of renewable energies for heating and cooling in South-European countries.

Major objectives of the one-day Final Conference with a number of diverse presentations are:

  • to provide a platform for the presentation and discussion of the projects results to the political, economic and scientific communities in Europe.
  • to foster alliances between the public and the private sector to promote the further roll out of bioenergy villages and renewable energies based local district networks for heating and cooling.

Project partners, local representatives of the partner countries and high-level experts will assess the main outcomes of the projects, present best practice examples and highlight innovative value chains for the sustainable use of renewable energies in local district networks for heating and cooling.

Representatives of public authorities and utility companies, national and regional decision makers and the research community as well as interested organizations, municipalities, facilitators, SMEs, contractors and other stakeholders are invited to learn more about different aspects of the bioenergy villages approach and local district networks for heating and cooling.

This event provides an excellent opportunity to meet renewable energy experts from EU, national, regional and local level and to create new contacts and promote business opportunities.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.

Please feel free to share the information about event with your partners and networks.
